I am Baylie Madaj, a master stylist with 20 years of experience in the salon industry. My passion for hair started in high school where I began my career attending The Paul Mitchell Academy.
I relocated to Los Angeles where I focused my craft specializing in precision cutting through intensive training in the Sassoon technique.
I truly believe your hair is a part of your personality and who you are. I pride myself on a thorough consultation and a professional approach to my craft and look forward to having you in my chair.
My husband and I have been in the DC area for the last 6 years where I worked at Casals Salon Collective. We have two small children and two crazy dogs and a shared passion for fitness.
