Cancellation Policy

Safe and efficient operations are very important to us, at 4:14 Salon & Spa, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a minimum of 72-hours notice for all station and room cancellations. Please understand when an appointment is changed or cancelled without notice, another professional could miss the opportunity to use the space, and ultimately clients' miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee up to 100 percent of the overall cost station or room rental. 

 

Salon Etiquette & Children

Even well-behaved children are subject to hazards in the salon environment (e.g., sharp scissors, hot irons, chemicals, etc.).  Therefore, we respectfully request clients and contractors please make childcare arrangements.  Additionally, due to safety hazards present in our environment, we are unable to accommodate unattended children under the age of 12 in the salon.  In the event a child must be brought to the salon, please provide proper supervision for the duration of the appointment. If a child becomes unruly and disrupts other employees, contractors and/or clients in the salon, management reserves the right to request both client and child to leave the premises.  The 4:14 Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper or illegal conduct and/or any other situation, circumstance, or behavior deemed inappropriate by salon management.  
 

Pets in the Salon & Spa

The State Board of Cosmetology and The Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stipulating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time.  Service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests are the only exception to this rule.
 

Professional Environment

For the enjoyment of other clients, and in order that salon staff may provide complete attention to each client during their visit, we ask that mobile phones be switched to “vibrate” or “off” while receiving services.

 

Forms of Payment

The 4:14 Salon & Spa reserves the right to change prices and services at any time without prior notification. The salon accepts Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp. We are only able to accept cash, checks, or money orders, by exception and with prior expressed written approval from 4:14 Salon & Spa management.  Please note that this applies to the salon and not to the individual contractors working at 4:14 Salon & Spa, which may accept varying other forms of payment.

  

Personal Items and "Lost & Found"

The 4:14 Salon & Spa cannot be held liable or responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to any personal items, articles, or belongings to include: clothing, jewelry, phones, and/or any other personal items or accessories.  The salon maintains a lost and found to assist in instances of lost or misplaced items.
